With plans and pricing finalised, we formalise the agreement with a building contract. This document outlines all project details, including timelines, specifications, and payment schedules. Once signed, we secure permits and prepare for construction.

Now the exciting part begins—bringing your home to life! Our local and experienced team manages every aspect of the build with precision and care. We maintain clear communication throughout, providing regular updates so you’re always in the loop.

Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure every detail meets our high standards. You’ll receive the keys along with a handover pack, including warranties and maintenance information. Our commitment doesn’t end here—we’re always available for any post-build support you may need.
